Food was great and reasonably priced, and the person working was so friendly and attentive!

Ordered via their website and picked up. I got home and the chicken I paid extra for was not on my salad. I called, talked to a nice man for 15 min who then informed me he couldn’t refund the chicken and maybe the manager could help. Corporate needs to make it easier for staff to do right by the customer.

They closed at 6 pm but my wife needed a smoothie and they were very kind and took good care of her despite coming in at 6 pm by accident.

Nice place. I got the. Beetroot latte, painkiller shot deluxe açaí bowl… All very good. I guess the pics on their site were a deceived me as everything is in such small portions

Not the friendliest service. Twice I’ve walked in and waited several minutes for staff to come out of the back. Staff acts annoyed to have customers. Inflexible on adding toppings to açaí bowls (will add to blend into the açaí but won’t add on top even for a fee for example). Other locations are flexible but the memorial location is one I’d avoid.
