Chops

The experience was not as expected. My wife and I went for Valentines Day and it was not good. The waiters were not attentive or nice. They were only trying to rush you through your dinner and not let you enjoy it. As this was my first time at Chops, I thought it would be better. The food was not great. The steak was not as tender as I wanted and my wife's lobster tails were fried but without any flavor. For the price you pay for this meal, the experience should always be great no matter if it's a holiday.

Chops was amazing! We hosted 15 fun ladies for a delicious birthday lunch! Our service was impeccable, and every dish was prepared perfectly! We especially enjoyed the surf and turf special! There was no food left any of our plates! And, I think we drank all the white wine in the restaurant!!!! A fabulous time had by all!

We LOVE Chops. It's a family tradition to kick off the new year with dinner every year since the kids were old enough to use a fork. The food is always delicious and the service impeccable. This past Saturday was a bit of an exception because of the rowdy table next to us. Obviously not Chops' fault, but they certainly needed their own room or corner of the restaurant. Unfortunately, they kept our server very busy which made our night out longer than it should have been. Kudos to the manager and Chris for helping our waiter out (after we made mention of this) and providing complimentary desserts to make up for the lack of an excellent experience we are accustomed to. We will definitely return but hopefully on a somewhat quieter night!

Dinner itself was great, but it was our daughter's birthday. We had a reservation. We Had to wait 20 min for our table. Unacceptable!! At the very least, they could have brought us a drink while waiting. They offered the bar but it was full too. Used to be one of our favorite places....

Excellent as always. The hostess was very welcoming and attentive. Some of our favorite dishes include the ahi tuna appetizer, filet mignon and lobster! The service is impeccable. We can't wait to come back!
