Bidrage med feedbackThis is a review of the online B N Gatech online store since I can't leave one elsewhere. Received a partial shipment that was supposed to contain 2 shirts, but only one was in the box. How are there no online options to contact customer support in this day in age? Also, in stock items are not actually in stock. Part of my order was cancelled after a week (and the rest took a long time to ship), and if you want to replace a cancelled item you have to pay for shipping again... Edit: In response to B N's reply, I understand that it's managed by Fanatics, but maybe you guys can help pass on this feedback as they are representing your brand (the site header does say Barnes Noble Georgia Tech afterall). Also, there is no online help option only a phone number with a 20+ minute wait time.
Cool bookstore with all your Buzz needs. Well Organized and new thrift store for students just opened too
The saddest excuse for a B&N I’ve ever seen. It’s one giant tuck shop for the college campus. Would recommend ANY other location other than this.
I had an awful experience with the older blonde lady in the textbook area on the 2nd floor. I needed assistance with some books I was planning to purchase, so I kindly approached the young lady at the counter, who was in her first day of training (the manager confirmed this). I said hello, but the older lady abruptly yelled, “YOU HAVE NOTHING TO DO BUT TO FOCUS ON WHAT YOU’RE DOING,” as if the trainee wasn’t allowed to respond to a customer’s greeting. I was really upset by her attitude. Despite this, I still needed the books, so I asked her where they were and checked the ISBNs. Meanwhile, I was also looking up other places to purchase them because her negative energy completely soured our mood. My partner and I went outside to sit at one of the tables on the second floor, browsing on our phones, when this lady approached us again, implying that we might have taken the books without paying. I would rate this experience 0/5 stars. This behavior is definitely not representative of the respect and ethics that Georgia Tech stands for.
The employees are very rude and unprofessional. I tried to pick up something that was already on the floor and pick it up and it fell back over. The employee yelled across the store and tried to embarrass me for not picking it up. I told him that it was already on the floor and he proceeded to shout at me about it. I told him he could check his surveillance cameras. He then kept stalking me throughout the store. My family and I left and will never return. No good deed goes unpunished.
