This is the only zaxbys I eat now well ate out in the Charlotte area but now I will definitely not spend my money here anymore. I always demand to check after my eating fresh and always while in the window to save me the time of departure and find out my order, most of the time is wrong. most of the workers have terrible attitudes, his always dulce but they spell it) every time they make the whole load look bad, they always try and get confrontational when I miss them about my order wrong or something, ma 'am they want to throw the hands because I said they accused them for ranch, but I didn't get it? it makes sense, not even I gave an apology or anything. management has to stop being scavenging with the crew and keeping it professionally pre-customers.

I love the employees....but the actual shares have decreased while the prices have risen.

New cashier needs better training. My order was incorrect, overcharged for an item we did not order and we were charged for extra dressing, but we didn't order additional (wanted to swap out what we didn't order). We've been here many times so we'll excuse this visit.

No stars needed. The customer service of the 2 female cashiers was terrible. They did not communicate well with my order. The attitude was something from a reality show from the second cashier with pink Cardi B long nails. This should not be allowed to have when working in a food establishment. Super ghetto and will not be going back.
