Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Concord

I went through the drive through and ordered two spicy number 1s. They couldn’t hear me and miss some of the order. I had to almost yell the order and slow way down after repeating it several times. Then they didn’t know how to ring up the extra sauce I ordered that they forgot. So Frustrating….

Hit or miss at Popeyes. Sometimes you can get a banger Chicken sandwich and hot fries, or like I did this day, got a dry, tasteless Spicy chicken sandwich and lukewarm also dry fries. Will come back but without high hopes.

The spicy chicken sandwich. it is only sharp when they add the sauce. the workers complained about the earlier night shift, which did not perform the pre-work, and they closed the dining room because of the lack of personal, but no sign. regular chicken sandwich was fine. he waited almost 30 minutes and could not even get sweet tee. Always kept saying they had to get back to it, but no one has ever. the first time you eat a papal and probably will be the last.

I would have got 5 stars, but my last visit was disappointing. I ordered online and the order was not ready when I got. I had paid for it. the lobby was closed, they said they would pick up my command. 9:08 ready for pick up 9:30 most of my order comes out, but not the drinks, so now I wait again 9:50 I go in the lobby now open and team member is uphill floor and another team member says that she bumps the floor wrong, now a argument breaks out. can I get my order please? Never!

Whatever you do, don't do. I repeat: do not visit this restaurant. I put an online order (because it would be faster) and it took almost an hour to get my food after I arrived and announced me. it was not time for this time to go so well.
