Kid-friendliness: A fantastic place to take children. Parking: Convenient parking is always a plus!

My husband and I both forgot our wallets, and we were so embarrassed! Fortunately, the manager, Aaron, stepped in and kindly took care of our meal without making us feel awkward. That was such a generous gesture! The service was truly excellent, and the food deserves a perfect rating of 5/5!

This was our first visit to PDQ and it did not disappoint. I got the 3 piece tenders and fries and they came out hot and delicious! My boyfriend got the chicken sandwich and said it was better than the nationally known competitor...shocked me! I love the competition and not sure I can agree but we will go back!Food: 5/5

Overall, the staff at the Concord Mills location is quite good—friendly and rarely any issues. They've brought back the zucchini fries, but charging $4.99 for such a small portion doesn’t seem reasonable compared to the previous serving size and price.

The staff is always courteous and caring, especially Brianna, Ethan, and Malia! There are many more. However, I can't think of their names.Please bring back the Tasty Long Fries. The Waffle Fries do not stay hot and taste like Cardboard. Give the customers a choice! Please!!Food: 4/5
