Bidrage med feedbackPandemic wise: everyone was wearing a mask, the indoor seemed socially distanced, there was a special place for pickups from takeout/order ahead, and they seemed to be cleaning tables between people. We sat outside, which thanks to the weather meant we were by ourselves. Food wise: It is soo good. We got the Farmer, the Squawking Goat, and 3 Layer Cake. The pepper jelly on the Squawking Goat is phenomenal. The fried chicken is good, and put together makes for a great meal. The apple sauce over the farmer is sweet but not super sweet. The sausage gravy has a bit of a kick but is delicious. Atmosphere: Super friendly, helpful, and kind service and the tables are set up are friendly and inviting. The company itself has a good sense of humor. If you're in the Concord area, highly suggest you pop in for breakfast or brunch.
Absolutely LOVE their fried green tomatoes! And their ranch is divine. Their chicken for biscuits has great flavor as well and the serving is pretty large. I visit almost every weekend to enjoy. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is because their biscuits aren’t my favorite, biscuit recipe though made fresh tastes a little “store bought” and the wait can be extremely long on weekends to get food. Service however, is great and they do their best to accommodate.
The employees and atmosphere were great. We ordered some of their signature dishes as well as some breakfast staples. The food was good, but nothing really stood out to our party. It might've been because it was a busy Saturday morning, so maybe go on a slower day. The employees made a world of difference in our experience.
Kindest employees. Consistent high quality food. My favorite place for brunch
Long wait but well worth it! Biscuits are so fluffy and buttery! Service is great. Staff is very sweet! Call ahead to order, or put your name on the list, do some shopping and you should be good to go. Wait was 1 1/2 hr on Sunday morning. Will be back!
