Jack In The Box - Concord

The food was fresh and cooked to perfection; the chef truly knows what they're doing. The service was prompt, but I was concerned about the cleanliness of the lobby. I hope the same attention to cleanliness is applied in the kitchen. I understand that we're experiencing a staffing shortage, but I also think that both employees and employers are sometimes using this as an excuse for less-than-ideal service.

The restaurant is impressively clean, and the staff is very friendly. I had several questions, and both the cashier and the service manager answered them quickly and accurately. Although there was a bit of a wait, the food was fresh, and the quality and portion sizes were excellent. It looked like they had a smaller crew, but they collaborated well as a team to efficiently deliver orders. I highly recommend this place; they offer a wide variety of food options! Everything is definitely worth it and very affordable.

Every time I place an online order, they seem to forget at least two items. While the staff is friendly, they really don't seem to pay attention to the details. I often don't receive both orders of fries, the chicken I asked for, the correct drink size, or even the right size fries. I also ordered something that was advertised online, but they didn't have it available, so I opted for chicken strips instead. I won’t be spending my money here again.

Drive through person was very nice. Food was good and cooked well. Their curly fries are delicious!! their vanilla milkshakes are the bomb. Jack in the Box is new to us so we’re thankful for a yummy fast food burger.

Drove 5-1/2 hours to get tacos since this is the closest Jack in the Box to SE Virginia. It was worth the drive. Ate our fill of tacos for lunch and the staff graciously filled out to go order of 60 tacos to take home with us in a cooler with dry ice. Only disappointment was the absence of the monster taco from the menu.
