Hardee's - Concord

I was on the drive thru line and asked the person a few asking got terrible attitude from the girl very bad person I didn't even want to order from this person, so I never said anything and I drove away

Took 30 mins then lied to my face about why the food wasn't ready. 4 regular cheese burgers. I watched them not make it until 15 after I ordered. Then gave grief when asked about a milkshake for the hassle. Btw I'm a former employee!!

I came to order and I say clearly what I needed when I got there to pay she only give 2 drinks and I make 4 orders each with a drink and she start screaming to me when i ask for the other 2 drinks she can't be screaming to their customers

Just stopped n at, lunsh to grab a bite the service was great an the food was great an my vanellia milk shake was delious an very filling

Got there and I heard the woman at the window tell her co-worker, I told you I ain 't playing today . As the car in front of me sped off without ordering, says rude Customer Service to me to begin with. I pull up and order. I ordered only 2 things one biscuit combo and a gravy biscuit. I Get home and am missing one of the 2 biscuits. I have to drive back up there and go inside. So inconvenient and such a Hassle. And the people working are just standing around chatting. Unacceptable.
