I ordered a medium black with one sugar through the drive-through. When I open the coffee I found that I had one with cream and several sugars in it I had to toss it out

Real a sweat of a device. I ordered two donuts. 1 donut was supposed to be chocolate frosted and the other was earthberry frosted with sprinkles however they gave me 1 glazed donut and my earth beer frosted doughnut. can not even smash 2 donuts properly.

His dünkins, what I can say, coffee and eat is good, but the prizes are a little high. but then again, today everything becomes more expensive.

Got my order wrong and the person behind the counter was complaining about customers coming in amd having to complete Doordash orders.

The Manager Ona lost it on us. We were waiting for a mobile order. She asked what we were waiting on. My wife answered her and then she started yelling at her. Must have been having a bad day. Worst customer service ever. Huge attitude. We will not be back. When I asked for the owner’s information she butted in and started yelling at me. I never yelled at her I was very calm.
