I absolutely adore getting ice cream sandwiches and/or cookies and ice cream from this place. The vegan banana chocolate chip cookies are fantastic. It's a shame they only offer one size for the vegan cookies. I wish they had mini vegan cookies available, as the regular size is a little too much for ice cream sandwiches.
