I ordered 2 milkshakes for ?curbside with the mobile app? Pick up. It was a tent built in the parking lot, where you can take up in the parking lot away from the shopping center building. The restaurant is located in the grocery shop. I waited 10 minutes for my pre-ordered milkshakes to see an employee who immediately executes 3 orders for their efficiency. I think my 2 shakes had to wait until there were 2 more orders ready to take to the parking lot. Not a typical feeling good experience you always get at Chick-fil-A. Should they fall the crabs? Total option. There is a traditional brick and mortar Chick-fil-A less than a mile away if you want real Curbside Chick-fil-A service. I'll do that next time.

Chick-fil-A never disappoints with their customer service. I think being nice is just ingrained in their work culture. However I dont know what the cook was on because burnt chicken strips were not the key to fulfilling my hunger. I was just hangry that i spent money on a quick bite that was too burnt to enjoy. While i will visit again, i will also check my food to ensure that it is edible and not just food for the garbage rodents.
