This hotel was amazing! The room was large and spotless, and the kitchen had all the amenities we could have asked for and more. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to assist us, never showing any frustration even when we called multiple times. Thank you for such outstanding customer service! I will definitely be coming back. This hotel is truly wonderful!

Hilton properties are known for their excellent organization and maintenance. The staff is friendly, attentive, and polite. There's an impressive range of accommodation options at varying price levels, with each location offering a consistent setup designed to meet guests' needs. Amenities usually include dining options (often two), a business area for guests, a fitness center, and most locations have a swimming pool. If you haven't enrolled in their loyalty program yet, you're truly missing out on a chance to improve your experience.

The breakfast each morning is a real treat. I especially enjoy the western omelette and the hash browns with peppers and onions. There’s also a waffle maker for satisfying those sweet tooth cravings! The linens are soft, the pillows are wonderful, and the rooms are spacious. Every time I walk through the front doors, I feel like shouting, “Honey, I’m home!” The hotel’s location is also excellent, with a wide range of dining and shopping options nearby, and it's conveniently close to the speedway. I'd like to give a special shoutout to Amanda, Lindsey, and Tash for their exceptional hospitality—they truly make Homewood Suites feel like a home away from home! You all are fantastic!

LITERALLY one of my FAVORITE hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It’s up there with the Four Seasons! The suite was beautiful and I’m picky so trust me you will love it ! Everything in the room was spotless and well taken care of. The hotel looks brand new and smells fresh! I was truly at home during my stay. I checked in with Ruthie she was so sweet and welcoming and I checked out with Gen and she was so polite and nice with me and other hotel guest! She asked me how my stay was and I could tell she genuinely cared! I love this hotel! This will be my hotel I stay at anytime I’m in Charlotte/Concord area!

Everything was amazing! We stayed short notice for an impromptu Mothers Day overnighter. They allow pets for a pet fee, the rooms were very clean and spacious. The kitchen was nice and essentially full size minus an oven. It was very much a home away from home even if just for one night. Staff was very sweet and helped us with our stay. Breakfast had various items to choose from. We will certainly be staying here again for a mini-vacation from our NC home.
