The Keg Steakhouse Vaughan Mills

The restaurant is conveniently located just a few minutes from Vaughan Mills Shopping Mall. The customer service is excellent, with fast, efficient, and super friendly staff. The food is of high quality, and the ice cream cake is delicious. Overall, highly recommended!

The food was decent. I expected better quality for the price and atmosphere of the restaurant. The top bun on my burger with their special zesty sauce, which was presented as the highlight of the dish, was disappointing. It did not live up to its description on the menu. Disappointing.

I attended a party here with a group of 40 people. The wait staff was busy and attentive, quickly serving our group. The food was a bit on the salty side, but the rib steak was cooked perfectly to medium rare. The appetizers (escargots, tuna tartare, calamari, shrimp dip) were nothing special and could have been skipped. However, I really enjoyed their twice baked potato.

Quite possibly the most disappointing Keg visit I have ever had. Have been going to the Keg for decades and not sure if this was due to the location or if The Keg as a chain has gone downhill. Ordered the calamari which came out literally as just crispy burnt batter with next to no actual fish. Then I ordered the NY Striploin with a side of shrimp and scallop. Keg has been successfully maintained high quality levels of services and foods for years. I visited Keg in different cities in Ontario and never disappointed. I dinned in this place for the second time and no surprises! Nice helpful staff and excellent stake and lobster dishes.
