Pizza booked at midday for the evening, with an agreed time. We arrive for collection and they tell us to wait 10 minutes. 20 minutes pass and the pizzas are put into the oven at that time. Fortunately the pizzas were good but half an hour despite the reservation seems excessive to me Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Good pizza BUT, During the call to place the order, we explicitly asked if we could pay via POS upon delivery; the pizzeria reassured us by confirming that there would be no problem and at the time of collection the delivery boy showed up without a POS and without a receipt, causing us great inconvenience, since we had to go out, look for a counter, collect and pay in cash , without having “official” confirmation of the total amount. This waste of time also caused the pizzas to go cold. It was simply enough to be prepared or not create expectations; instead we felt deeply cheated. I would like to point out that it is not the first time that when making electronic payments, they invent excuses to prefer cash.
