Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

I got a burger and fries. Somone with curly, brown hair and glassed cooked my food. He as very nice and friendly. I highly recommend it!

This is the best Freddy’s in the GR area. Clean, fast and the employees care enough to ask you how your food is tasting.

Chil fries were soaked though the bas and over everything had to take the entire order back into the store from drive thru.?

Not the best location, placed an online order and stood where the signage was for pickup but nothing was there. Employees, including a manager walking around, saw me but said nothing. I felt bad for the person taking orders at the register as they were clearly wanting to help but very busy, finally someone behind the counter gets close enough for me to ask after I was standing there for 10 minutes, that's when I find out my food has been sitting on the opposite side of the counter where there is no signage for mobile order pickup. There is literally a sign pointing to the spot I was standing in for mobile orders, but they put it on the opposite site where food is meant to be picked up when you order it inside.Food was cold (obviously), shakes/concretes were not blended well.

16 dollars for cheese curds and a burger is expensive. Was it worth it? No.The premium bbq pretzel burger with bar cheese and bacon was largely sub par and a disappointing flop.The cheese curds although good and a sizeable portion, were under cooked.16.00 dollars and that was without a drink.Will I be back? No.
