Domino's Pizza - Comstock Park

Ordered from dominos App , I was thinking that something wrong could happen after checking older reviews however it took more time than expected to deliver my pizza but pizza was hot and great!!

Always fast, accurate, and tasty. Staff is super nice every time I order.

Terrible customer service management tonight. I placed an order for delivery the confirmation said 20-30 minutes.45 minutes later I called the store as the pizza tracker was stil in the prep stage . They were apparently very backed up with deliveries hadn 't even STARTED my order. I understand things happen but there was ZERO communication to me. Why didn 't someone call ME as soon as they received the order?? They 're just waiting for angry customers to call instead??The final straw was when I went to pick up my order an hour later instead of waiting who knows how long for delivery, a worker was coloring on their chalkboard, not a singal person apologized for the awful service nor offered me any type of discount after having to pick up my order an hour after I placed one for delivery. As if it were no big deal to inconvenience someone so much. Crazy to me. The management seems to need management. I do not recommend after my experience this evening.
