Learn how to complete an order consistently and don't make drinks depending on a tip. Learn what TIPS stands for and then maybe you'll get one.Edit to respond- I shouldn't have to turn around everytime it's bad. I believe you guys have recipes. They should be used.Go through your bad reviews and learn from them. Quit making the same mistakes and just apologizing for them. Change, do better for your customers. They are your income.Don't forget that.

Surrounded by the noise of Austin bluffs parkway and strip malls, is a really good Starbucks and the staff have a lot to do with that. Very friendly and accommodating. Areas are kept clean and service is quick.

Staff is very friendly. I don’t visit Starbucks often so I couldn’t decide on a drink, Alaina gave me great recommendations.

Very nice people but not the sharpest knives in the drawer. I always order coffee with cream and sugar. Simple right? I always ask them to stir the coffee with the sugar to melt it down then top it off with half and half. They couldn't handle that complicated instruction.

Just saw a manager fire a worker in the lobby right before Christmas. Absolutely disgusting. If that's how they treat their workers I don't want to know how they treat customers. Never coming back to this location.
