Arby's

Got exactly what we wanted and especially loved the curly fries!

I've only used the drive thru. Their service is always friendly. Their app is awful, really awful. There's no backing out of an online order when their shake machine is down. I was offered a single cookie when I ordered an ice cream shake. Ida rather taken my business to an arbys that could give me the shake I ordered, but I paid with the app. Very polite tho.

There was not enough roast beef on the sandwich. Could see through the meat and see the bottom of the bun. Also the curly fries had to have been sitting there for a while as they were cold as soon as we got them. The mozzarella sticks are really bad.

Arby's is Arby's....but the staff was courteous and friendly. The dining room was clean.....no dirty tables that needed attention....thank

I'll admit Im maybe a little paranoid about things. the only I wish was different is when you give them a credit card at the drive through that they would run it right there and give it back. I don't like it when any place takes my credit/debit card out of my sight. not their issue, just me.
