Princess Deli - Commack

I wanted to give this place a few months before writing a review. Honestly, when they first opened, I was super excited about how beautiful their place looked. Their diversity and their bagels. They were quite consistent to begin. Always the orders right. Always with the pimples and side salad during lunchtime. And the food was pretty good. But I noticed the last few weeks. This place goes a bit downhill. I don't know what's going on. Maybe too much staff change. Everything is incompatible. Today I should get a side salad. I even asked a special one, and when I came home, I noticed that all I received was a pimple not a side salad I requested. I recently ordered an American on a role and it was easy. It didn't even have mayonnaise about it or nothing at all. About a week ago. I also ordered them by text message and when we arrived, they told us that the grill was out and we ran lately as it is. You couldn't have called us back or text message that the grill was out and asked if we needed something else instead of waiting for the last minute until we arrived and then my husband had to wait 10 to 15 minutes anyway for what he wanted, which made us extremely late to our event. I really think they have to work on their consistency here. If you promise a pimple and a side salad, you should get both. They also have to work on their sandwiches. Don't think they're so great. Oh, and the worst thing is that I noticed that they use a microwave a lot. Fresh things shouldn't be microwaved.

The New Yorker was pretty good, but I didn't get the potato salad maybe someone forget when I ordered on Uber also that Bagel was really good

The new features are amazing and the team is always helpful and smiling. I hope they keep this place running and you have to try this place asap. Open at 6:00 and food is always fresh, no matter when you go. Always faster service and they know their stuff. Great food and sandwiches are hudge and amazing. Good luck with the team

I stopped getting something for lunch while I waited for my Swedish meatballs to warm up, I couldn't resist but also buy a Danish that was in the show. The young lady who helped me had a big smile and was very friendly and helpful. I've been here before and I'll definitely go back.

Favorite deli, have been coming here for years. Never had a complaint and the sandwiches are great. Kevin and Debbie are amazing workers
