All I wanted was a single scoop with the cone on the side... this very upset young man charges me 2 dollars and gives me a plain cone. When I say I want ice cream he decided shake his head, give me a dirty look and charge me an additional 5 dollars. I of course complain and he tells me pay 3 dollars then 2 dollars (I didn't even know they can make up prices) then tells me hurry up and kept asking me if i was broke. I call to complain and I Clearly hear it's him.. he says this is the manager BOB do what u want to do. I'm not writing this for my 2 dollars back.... its so sad how these kids are so rude and don't want to work... As far as this guy ohhh yea hes happy one that loves his job

Rude staff 2 times they made my matcha latte it did not taste good One guy remake my drink and it taste good thank you I usually come to this location and this first time that they treat rude Please training your staff

Management here is terrible. I called this morning, requesting to place an order for a dozen specialty donuts for Halloween for a dozen kids. I was told I do not need to place an order, as they will have the donuts in stock. When I arrived, the Customer immediately in front of me ordered all the donuts that I wanted to buy. I requested the same donuts, and was told they're sold out. I then complained that I tried to place an order early this morning for those donuts, and they refused to take one. The manager took no accountability. The female manager refused to give me her name.In short, customers at this location are not valued.
