Fired Up Brewing - Colville

Great owner, good food and wonderful beer. I have to try.

Everything there's delicious Saturdays and Sundays is Sushi day yum yum yum the pizzas are so yummy the chicken wings are very yummy I recommend everything I love the taco wraps and they have a pretty good selection of beers if you haven't been you need to go on the very far end of Colville Washington

Fired up has the best salads and pizzas in the opposite, plus wonderful beer. the staff is friendly and the building is very clean. easy access directly from the main train. I have no qualifications that recommend this fine dining place.

I feel like fired ups have improved quality and consistency last year. my only knock (at least for the Colville site) was that the air conditioning was inadequate this summer and that their metal seats need kisses. pizza is also great, pasta.

Great space, very inviting and friendly customers and staff. All the Beers we had were great! They had the best beer by far out of the 20 breweries we went to that weekend!! I would give the food another chance but my boyfriend and I both got fettuccine, he got the Buffalo Chickem and I got the Seafood. His was extremely spicy, not only was the chicken tossed in Buffalo Sauce as expected but the sauce was made with Buffalo Sauce as well. Mine was overpowered with garlic that it was hard to taste the overcooked shrimp and mooshy artificial crab meat. Both were almost unedible infact we didn't finish either one and we both got Very upset stomachs that night and the next day from the food.
