Bidrage med feedbackWe called in for the first time last night , it was ok . The thing is you have to park on the road , there is no sea view at night , just a lot of people in a big open room , the bar looks good for a drink , the waiters were all friendly , but we only ordered five items plus drinks and they got two wrong , they are happy to remake but the other food gets cold in the wait. The costs here are a little higher also for drinks and food. All in all ok , but nothing special.
A big place a hike from the main beach area.food was good and the staff friendly. No WiFi nor smoking, unusual for Goa.
Lovely place.Good ambience, good food, good music!Very courteous staff. One of the best restaurants I have visited in South Goa.
We had a delight experience at Mickeys. Traveled with my cousins and family, including young adults, children, teenagers, and their parents, each having their own angular tastes and preferences. Where Mickeys charmed us was with their ability to cater to and satisfy each of these angularities. We ordered a wide spread. - Full Red Snapper fish tawa fried with Goan spices (photo attached). This was very spicy, very tasty, and has us all salivating as we navigated through neatly cut pieces of the whole. - buff pepper steak with French fries and boiled vegetables. Well cooked meat, not too tough neither too tender- squid masala : chewy squids prepared in spices that had a distinctive taste- Korean pot rice : recommended by the server, who I must admit was extremely courteous and a great conversationalist, the pot of rice came with chicken, prawn and veggies and can be eaten all by itself. The rice and thick vegetable based gravy are layered immaculately in the pot, and every spoon taken from it gives an experience worth cherishing - vegetable fried rice : can't go wrong with this oneDespite being full to our throat, the holidayers in us took over and we ventured into the sweet dishes. Despite it being 4pm, and past last order time, the staff politely accepted our order. While not as outstanding as the main course, the date pan cake and banana pan cake were my picks. Their sizzling brownie was a slight let down, not chocolaty enough! Overall loved the experience. Adjacent to the beach, the sea breeze combined with this wide spread makes for a perfect lazy Goan afternoon. Will strongly recommend this place to all those holidaying in South Goa.
This place has a great location and decent ambiance. However, the food leaves a lot to be desired. We tried few of their recommended dishes (mostly seafood in some kind of chinese/asian sauce) which were tasty but too oily for our liking. The Goan dishes, on the other hand, were simply appalling and not at all authentic. Overall, compared to the other options in the area, this place lacked both taste and quality. I'd spend my money somewhere else.
