Bidrage med feedbackI don't know if this place is under new ownership or what, but since wes (previous manager) is back here, it went downhill. the load is always dirty the customer service is terrible. the half of the time is eating not fresh or my order is wrong. the last few paintings I've entered, I just turned around like today. workers are just staring at you when you come in, say nothing. stood there for a few minutes or so, after I said that I'm going to order a passage before someone finally came to take my order. When he came to the register, he looked at me, he asked what I needed. I said I wanted to put another order on the way. then he simply said, “Name” and stood there as if I was harassing him, so I told him that I would just come back. all the workers pretended they didn't know how we could talk to customers we didn't worry about. I used to be a native here, but unfortunately I won't come back.
I ordered and paid for 3 big ranch . I think if I pay extra money for the big ranch, they should be filled up, not halfway where I’m 1 cup “big” ranch into another and it makes a full ranch.
Your staff member Joann was very rude when I came in. She gave me my several dollars of change completely in nickels. I don’t see very well and when I asked her what flavors the fries come in she said “they are right there” and pointed at the board. I told her I don’t see very well if she could please tell me and she laughed at me and turned around and read the board to me very slowly. I don’t see well. I am not stupid. I asked her how long it would be. If it would be 20-25 minutes considering they were not busy at all. There was 2-3 other people in there and there was a guy in the kitchen just standing looking like he was waiting for something to do. She said “no not even close try 35-45.” And I said okay thank you and she just said “yeah”. I also work in the food service industry and I understand how costumers can be but this was completely uncalled for. I was trying my hardest not to be difficult by reading the menu before I even entered the store but she was so incredibly rude to me. I don’t know if she was having a bad day but I don’t see how that is even remotely close to being my fault. I sincerely hope she has a better day and treats other customers significantly better than she treated me. i genuinely hate writing negative reviews because i understand working in the service industry but this made me really sad. i love wing stop and have for years i come here to this store all the time. i’m really sad about this experience
Placed 2 separate orders and I told the lady at the front counter that. She handed me 2 separate bags so I didn't bother to check the orders because i assumed that each order was in the separate bags but I was wrong. When I got home, I saw that they split the first order into the 2 bags. Not a big deal. All I wanted was a refund for the missing order. Tried calling for 30 mins and couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. Didn't wanna drive back because it was a far drive and gas isn't cheap.
An order with three items.... How hard is it to make sure you have three items...do a quality check before you wrap and tape the bag.
