The GM here Cristina Berry is aboslutely awful! Go to another location. I went for lunch, ordered a combo, they messed up the sandwich. Called the store and they were willing to make it right and offer me a replacement combo. I went the next day to get the replacement combo and they wouldn't replace it. So I asked for the number to corporate, they gave me the number to a phone line that was closed. Called the store and had to cuss out the manager for twenty minutes just to get them to do the right thing. I'm getting my food replaced and then going to another Wendy's location in the future.If that GM sees this, I spend $40 a week on lunch at Wendy's for my teams lunch. That $40/week is going to another location. Mistakes happen, not a big deal. But being nasty to your customers, and making them jump through hoops to get their order replaced, not cool. I worked for Wendy's for 15-years, and this was just awful. Won't be back to this location. Go to the university location instead.
I'm not a Wendy's fan, but all things considered this one was fine if you're into their food. Quick and easy, Not super busy, and decent but bored service.Food: 2/5
