Waffle House - Columbus

The service was awful. The server was too busy flirting with other customers. We sat without being acknowledged for 15 minutes and hoped to be approached.

I really enjoy the personalized experience at this restaurant. The food is consistently delicious and I highly recommend it. It's great to know that it's no longer a franchise. Thank you!

We had never been to this Waffle House before, but decided to give it a try since my son was hungry after work. To our surprise, they were open for dine-in service. We were lucky to get a booth and our waitress, Amy (I hope I got her name right), was absolutely fantastic! She was cheerful, friendly, and made sure our drinks were always topped up and our orders were taken care of promptly. The food was served hot and delicious. The grits were the best we've had in the area! My son loved his burger and hash browns, and I couldn't finish my meal, but that just means breakfast for tomorrow! If you're looking for good and quick food, give this place a try. They even have a jukebox for some good music!

This is the only late-night restaurant near our hotel in Worthington. The man working there was running the entire place by himself. Despite being the only one there, he was smiling and very accommodating. It was raining heavily, so I got my food to go and waited in my car. He brought it out to me so I didn't have to go back out in the rain. Excellent service.
