Take 2 Grill - Columbus

I ordered food to go and when I got home order was totally wrong. Can I get a refund or the correct food next time I visit.

The Take 2 Grill inside Hollywood Casino was an adequate place to eat while gambling. The staff was nice but the food was just OK. The fried food was greasy. The salad was pretty good but a little expensive as were most of the items. Counter pick up. If you're just grabbing a bite while gaming, it was OK but better choices are available.

Food was decent but literally took 22 minutes to get a pulled pork sandwich

Located inside Hollywood Casino Columbus. Fast paced slots and table games. Not fast paced quick to order food. Food takes forever then you have this old red tray which make you feel like you got food from your school cafeteria. Worst yet. The food taste worst then your school lunch ever did. You can tell they didn't put much thought into Quality. Pop is free all around the casino but they charge you here for a drink. Food is not good. Service is subpar. You can tell Hollywood only has this place Bc they can generate a quick buck with minimum effort. When at Hollywood this will be the last place I'd ever try.

Slow slow slow.. trash cans overflowing at 4 in the afternoon on a Sunday. Need more staff or better organization.
