Great and remarkable staff, clean and up to par with size!

This location is not very clean and feels more like a construction zone, both inside and out. The staff is friendly, but it seems like there's always something out of order. Sometimes they can make a melt, and other times they can't get the drink machines to work. The parking area is also dirty and chaotic. It appears that the owner doesn't care much about the condition of this place at all.

I’ve had a frustrating experience with this restaurant. They never answer their phone. I mistakenly ordered online from the wrong location and can’t go to the store to resolve the issue. I have been trying to call ever since I realized my mistake (literally a minute after placing the order), but no one has picked up. It shows that my order was picked up, but I wasn’t even near that store and ended up paying for two orders since I was at the Lockbourne Rd location on my half-hour lunch break. There’s no way they gave it to someone else without checking the name on the order. I need a refund, but I don’t have the time or desire to drive all the way to the store to sort this out. They really need to pay more attention to their phone calls. I just want to speak to someone and get my money back!

Favorite Cbus Subway location. The building is nice, the lot is sizeable; the staff are attentive, competent and quick! Thank you for the positive experience yesterday during the Thunderstorm; my family and I appreciate youuuu!!!
