My boyfriend and I love coming here. It's so warm and cozy environment : The bartenders and the waiters are super friendly. I really like the French onion soup and my boyfriend loves the meatloaf!

Went there for dinner on a Saturday night with my boyfriend, so was pretty busy, but got seated quickly and was complimented by a waitress. However, waited around 45 minutes after being seated to be greeted by a waiter to no avail. Would be understandable,as there was a much larger group seated next to us, but two other couples were seated and served their food after we wereseated. Loved the food before, but was disappointed with the service :

My husband and I came to dinner here this evening to celebrate our anniversary not thinking we?d be able to fit a dinner in this year on our anniversary. We were able to make a last minute reservation and we?re taken care of so greatly by the front of housemanager, Katie. I know they were so busy and struggling in the kitchen but I saw Katie working with all the tables ensuring anice evening for everyone. She cane over to our table on multiple occasions to check in on us and I appreciate her hospitality.Katie, you were wonderful this evening and made our night such an enjoyable one. Thank you!

The food was cooked exactly as requested, service was quick and friendly, the atmosphere was pleasant. We chose to sit on the patio because the weather was nice. The only negative was that someone at the table next to us was smoking which is notpermitted in the state of Ohio. It was very obvious but the staff didn't intervene.

How does one justify a five star review? Was the food the best I'be ever had? Of course not, but it was very good, well in line with the price point. The service was attentive and on the spot. The atmosphere was pleasant and conducive to enjoying themeal. (NOTE: I now must return in the winter to enjoy the fireplace! Even the restroom was immaculate.
