Bidrage med feedbackThe waitress apologized for the wait, but I honestly didn't mind because our appetizers and cookies were served in a timely manner. I would have rated them 4 stars for their friendly and attentive staff, but cleanliness was an issue. In addition to our table not being properly wiped down, the kiosks on the tables for bill payment were extremely dirty, with old food remnants everywhere, which was pretty disgusting.
My husband said the experience was disappointing. He tried the lobster and found it completely unsatisfactory. The shrimp cocktail was taken off the bill because it wasn't worth trying. He has decided he will never dine at Red Lobster again. This is a trend we've noticed in Long Island, Florida, and now in Georgia. The only enjoyable dish was my chicken fingers and fries. I'll give them one star.
We celebrated a birthday dinner, and the birthday girls couldn't have been happier. The service was exceptional, the food was delicious, and the manager was wonderful. It's uncommon these days to even see a manager, but this one was friendly and truly dedicated to every customer. We had a fantastic time!
Great customer service, guide however I was not really satisfied with the taste of food considered the price. I would like to give it a better rating, but mom and pop compete with taste. I give them a second look into the future.
Red Lobster is always a winner in my books. The wait tends to be from 15 30 minutes on high traffic days, especially on Sundays. It is worth it for those cheddar biscuits everyone loves. The salads are fresh and the seafood is delicious. There are kiosks at each table for you to order, pay your bill, request assistance, or entertain yourself with video games. The location manager is diligent in maintaining the environment of the restaurant and the waiters are delightful. This place is service with a smile personified.
