O'charley's Restaurant Bar - Columbus

Excellent service and outstanding prime rib and fish. The staff is very friendly!

This is my second consecutive time ordering curbside, and I'm disappointed. I followed the instructions in the text I received and texted when I arrived, but after waiting at least 15 minutes, no one brought my order out. It doesn't feel like true curbside service if I have to go inside to get my food.

The service at this restaurant is fantastic! We were seated quickly, despite the busy crowd. The drinks are both affordable and delicious. The food was fresh and flavorful.

3.5 Stars. My first-time going to O'Charley's (Morse/Hamilton Rd). I saw an ad for their chicken tenders that looked enticing. They were not too busy on a Sunday afternoon. Seating was prompt. Service was good. Had to ask twice for a drink but other than that the server was good. Food: The starter was soft, warm bread rolls and butter. Very good but very filling. The chicken tenders were nicely breaded and seasoned and went well with their honey mustard. We also had their crispy chicken sandwich. The sandwich had a nice warm soft bun. Again, nicely seasoned and tasty even though the chicken in both dishes were just a little dry. Portion size: the tender dinner was an average size platter with 5 tenders (not the biggest but was filling). The chicken sandwich was much bigger portion and was finished at home. Ambience: The restaurant felt old and not the cleanest especially walking to the bathroom all the tile floors were very slippery. There are three separate dining areas and a bar that had tvs for watching sports. Value: Two Entrees and two drinks came to $31 before tip. A little pricey but on average with other such restaurants. I would rate O'Charleys on the same-level as Chili's with a little better chicken.

Our waitress, Keanna(KeKe), was a breath of fresh air. So kind and personable. We loved how genuinely friendly and professional she was. The food was delicious and KeKe was very attentive. What a great addition to the Gahanna O’Charley’s restaurant!
