Bidrage med feedbackI visited this restaurant last week and ordered the Mont Amore dish. To my surprise, I found an entire cold, raw diced tomato at the bottom of my plate. It was unappetizing. I had chosen the larger size of the two available, and it felt like the tomato was just added to fill up the space. I've dined here many times before without any issues, but after this experience, I won't be returning. Who puts an entire uncooked tomato in a dish without even warming it up?
I ordered the LEANguini Lemon Parm pasta, and as someone who doesn’t eat meat, I was disappointed. The food looked like it had been prepared long before I ordered it; it seemed like it had just been sitting out. After driving home with it, I expected it to look better, but it was incredibly dry. I also have a tomato allergy, so I specifically requested no tomatoes, yet that’s exactly what I received! There was no spinach in the pasta as listed, and the noodles were undercooked—not tender at all. Overall, I was not impressed with this place. I usually like to try different restaurants, but I think I’ll have to pass on this one for delivery in the future. It seems that they can't even follow simple instructions on the receipt. And considering that DoorDash already adds extra charges, it’s frustrating to have the order messed up as well. I ended up throwing the entire dish away! Thanks, but no thanks!
It was my first time trying this, and wow, it was absolutely delicious! The food looked like something straight out of the Food Network.
I absolutely love this location. I came here ordered my food and I saw how hard they were working there was someone who placed an online order with like 10 different bowls so I understood that It was going to take some time. The manager was super kind andgave me a voucher for a free bowl for my wait which I told them was not necessary because I understood that they were busy. Andeven after this they kept apologizing for the wait. These guys work so hard.
Some of the staff was friendly and some were rude. One worker walked away in the middle of me explaining that there was an issue with the food. The chicken was unfortunately burned, so it did need to be remade. (I was told the grill just cooks that way. Ifthat is the case, it totally is not the fault of the workers at all, but it should be fixed hymanagement/headquarters. Anyways, the food still came back slightly burned again upon the 2nd time. I took it home anywaysbecause I could tell they were not trying to make it again. Also, they subbed the pasta type without asking, not a big issue butit would have been better to ask. The taste was alright, but worse than all the other Noodles locations I have been to before.The pasta was undercooked. To be clear, I actually love eating at Noodles, but I will not be returning to this location.
