Mcdonald's - Columbus

Not a 24/7 location. they seem to close and open when they please. If it is due to personalization, they change their hours. tired of wasting time to find cone in the drive thru. once or twice is acceptable, but all the time and for months? then change your hours.

The worse mc Donald's restaurant I step in.The service is really bad The waiting time is to long The young staff is really inefficient, the lady with the name of Gloria and the cleaning man they are the unique people to rescue there.By far the corporate of this company may take care of this situacions because every restaurant is working at the same way.I had the same experience in Sacramento too.So please mc Donald's show respect for your client's time , money and needs

The service, food, and atmosphere were exceptional here. This restaurant gets busy so these things can be hard to maintain in that environment. They do a good job balancing everything.Food: 5/5

The guy forgot to ring up one of my items when I got to the 2nd window to tell them and pay for it the girl said they didn't have time for it and that I'd have to wait back in line. Apparently they don't have time to take your money and service you for their mistakes ? they didn't even get what they did ring up correct either. Clowns.

Good service. However I go in today I can't even sanitize the table without going to the front and standing in a long line to ask for disinfectant or napkin or anything to wipe my table off with no it wasn't really dirty just had a few crumbs on it and I wanted to disinfect it before I lay my forearms and elbows on it seems to be a large task here. However at 12:00 noon I do see a lady with the spray bottle it looks to be disinfectant wiping down tables and that always makes me feel better she just happens to be wiping the table that I was at 10 minutes ago and moved from because it's a little dirty but I love to see chemicals out being used.
