Krispy Kreme - Columbus

My first time at this place. it was later in the evening. doughnuts were great as they are always. my girl ordered a frozen pumpkin seasoned latte. it was definitiw not frozen, and the milk they used must have been corrupted because it was very sour. hopefully others didn't get the same amount of milk. also waited approx. 10 minutes in the line.

I've never had hot donuts like this before...These donuts melt in your mouth. Before I knew it I had eaten two and had to stop. Definitely have a different view of Krispy Kreme after this!

Bless the Krispy Kreme on Polaris Pkwy for being open at 9:43pm when I had a sudden, overwhelming craving for a chocolate glazed original doughnut. They still had plenty available. Fresh, though not hot doughnut fresh, even though they were prepping to close at 10pm. The lighted drive-thru menu had been turned off, but a young gentleman leaned out from the pickup window and waved me over as my car rounded the building so I could place my order directly. He, along with the cashier who ran my card, were both impressively polite and professional despite their late hour. My only disappointment was with the website, where I attempted on August 28 to place a preorder for their one-day-only, special Artimis moon doughnuts made only on the scheduled launch date of August 29. Despite the promo banner on the front page, no Artemis doughnuts could be found which led me to believe this was not a participating site, nor were the others in Columbus. Or so it seemed, but the Artemis doughnuts were listed to order, individually or in an assortment of a dozen, after all when I checked on the 29th.

4 stars. Friendly staff, clean, fresh baked doughnuts . Quick service. Very satisfied . If you’re in Ohio def come check out this Krispy Kreme. The little mini doughnuts are so cute

Terrible experience this morning. It says they open at 6am. I pulled over at 6:05am to drive through and nobody answered. Then I pulled to the window and nobody came to assist. I went to the front door and they were locked but I saw many employees inside. Drove to drive through again with the same result. At 6:10am I was at the Window and they continue to ignore me. I called the number, they didn't pick up but a lady came to the window and she wasn't happy. I asked her if they were open, she said: we just open! I said: yes, 10 minutes ago. She messed up my order, didn't give me receipt. If you have hours starting 6am it means you are open at 6am not 6:10am. I am so disappointed. Great start to my morning with Kryspy Kream!
