High Horse - Columbus

I laid a star. It means that a star is automatically assigned to a fully vegan restaurant. It's not a fully vegan restaurant. There are only two options. I signed up with HappyCow.

When I come to Columbus to visit my family, I usually make a stop here to pick up a cake. Although I'm the only vegan in the family, everyone enjoys the pizza also my grandpa, which is a huge meat eater. As an additional bonus you can have a drink while waiting for your pizza, because this place is also within a large bar.

I was interested in trying their pizza stone that they opened, but the price was a bit high for us. We splashed tonight and got the Chorizo Supreme Pizza. This pizza could feed 3 hungry people easily. We were impressed by the beautiful crust and the generous blows. It reminded us of old school pizza. We are also fans of Follow Your Heart cheese. We will definitely order them again. Given the size and quality, it is worth the price.

I am easily excavated by vegan cheese and have really missed the full pizza experience (usually order pizza from a non vegan place, but without cheese), this is the next I have to taste like a non-vegan pizza! The cheese was still gummy, but I didn't come over one that isn't, and this pizza didn't go overboard on the cheese I like. I built my own and laid basil, pepperoni and banana peppers.

The vegan cheese is gross...way too much put on and not enough veggies. Prices are ridiculous and not worth it for the quality, in my opinion.
