Greek Express - Columbus

This was my first time ordering online for pickup at this restaurant. I requested no sauce and no onions on my gyro but they only left out the onions and added the sauce. I probably should have checked my order before leaving the parking lot. Unfortunately, we will not be going back despite the restaurant being conveniently located in our neighborhood. It's a shame but I can't take a chance on them getting my order wrong again.

I think I have discovered my new favorite spot for lunch after work. The food is fantastic, I cannot emphasize that enough, it is incredibly delicious!!! It is truly authentic Greek cuisine. I highly recommend the chicken and rice dish, it will leave you wanting more! The staff is friendly and polite, even when they accidentally gave me the wrong size drink cup, they quickly corrected their mistake without any issues. They took my order promptly and my food was prepared fast. I wish I had the time to dine in, but I had to take my order to go since I was on my lunch break. However, I will definitely be returning on my day off to enjoy the beautiful atmosphere of this restaurant. You have gained a loyal customer!! I am looking forward to trying more of their amazing dishes in the future.

This restaurant is a fantastic option for lunch. Their gyros and fries are consistently delicious.

I ordered my food through DoorDash and gave Pacific instructions on how I want my food to be. It’s even on my receipt and I got the total opposite when I called. I asked to speak to the manager. The guy answered said oh I’m the one in charge. Said what was wrong with my food there’s nothing I can do about it. I’m not the head person in charge. I’m just a person in charge of right now. Make some damn sense. Made a mistake all I’m doing is trying to educate you and get you to understand that people don’t order food and get pacific instructions and get the complete opposite.

Good Greek food, although not the best I ever had. Their service is really fast, however, and great for getting a quick bite during a lunch break.
