Domino's Pizza - Columbus

I hadn't ordered from Pizza Hut in four years, so I decided to give it a try again. I ordered a pizza for $25, but it arrived 20 minutes late based on the tracker. The box was nearly bent in half, the pizza was cold, and a quarter of it was curled over as if it had been dropped on its edge. I called to complain, but all I received was a brief apology. Maybe I'll wait another four years before trying Pizza Hut again.

The staff at this restaurant is excellent and the food quality is amazing. I highly recommend it. General Manager Jessica is extremely helpful and the best in the area. If possible, I suggest picking up food here over the Bradley Park and Wynnton Road locations.

They are short drivers, but communicate with their customers. I'll pick up. they never messed up in the years I used them.

Just had the worst experience with this location. Ashley made contact one Time at and state or order will arrive at I go up to the store at to see what was going on with the family dinner she stated that she call a time which don’t show in my phone records so she void my order out. Come to find out she done multiple customers like that since before pm. Atleast be honest about it we have kids to feed. That’s so rude of you to lie to multiple customers. Then threatening to call the police on us. I have videos and voice recordings as well.

I am going to give them one more chance but last time I ordered was horrible and I was hungry. two hours later I get a call and they tell me it will be another hours... We not the smallest city but really we have more than one dominos. long story short I cancelled and ordered marcos. I will order again, hopefully communication just sucked that time or they are working on how busy a place is when you order, hopefully.
