Bidrage med feedbackOur office often orders from Chuy 's for our pharma rep to pick-up for our lunch. We typically do not have issues ordering over the phone with the exception of both times Vanessa took our order. The last time we ordered with Vanessa, our rep was already at the restaurant to pick up the food before Vanessa even completed the over the phone order. Today 's order, what should take under 5 minutes to complete, took over 15. We had to repeat our order MULTIPLE times she still did not get it correct. She constantly put us on hold to find the right button on the register. She also kept repeating that she did not know how to ring in certain items to us which should NEVER be relayed to the customer.Certain items that our staff ordered due to diet restrictions, she questioned the choices which was very unprofessional. The manner in which she talked over the phone is not how we would allow our staff to communicate to customers. We contribute to the Chuy 's Polaris business often. Nobody should be given this type of service over the phone or in person. We are not happy with how these orders were handled.
I went here for the first time yesterday, and had placed an order to go, once I got to the restaurant. I ordered their flauta's and the only thing I asked, that was different from the menu, was to leave all sauce/cheeses/pico etc. off of the flautas. About 20 minutes after waiting for my to go order, someone (female from the kitchen) came out and said there was some confusion with my order and asked if I requested the sauce was to be left off the top of the flautas, and I told her yes and that I wanted them crispy and therefore, no sauce on top. She told me no problem and they would be right up. I watched people that were in line with me (when I got there) that were sat at tables for lunch, while I was still waiting for my order to go, be done and leaving. I also watched the manager come to the front to interview a person for a position and then also provide a customer with two $25 gift cards, and asked if I was the one there to interview with him. Honestly, an hour later, the women from the kitchen came out and apologized for how late it was and said she gave me extra chips. She then charged me the full amount! I will say that the chicken was nicely flavored but there was no evidence or taste of cheese in the flauta's!! It was supposed to be served with pico, gaucamole and sour cream, which I got none of them. I did get the ranch/jalepeno and salsa. To me, this is not how you treat customers, when you were the one to mess up.

The menu is very limited I love Mexican and me and my friend has a hard time finding something we liked to order. I'd recommend going to another Mexican place lots of better ones around. Our bill was incorrect, but I paid it because it took so long to get in the first place.
Food was cold. overall just not good. I was with 4 people and only 1 out of the 4 people got exactly what they ordered. The server took forever. Food came out 35 minutes after we ordered. Would not come back here or recommend this location.
