Bidrage med feedbackProbably the worst Chick-Fil-A in the columbus market. Typically, they keep here almost daily since he was so close to work, but last month was shameful. I can't call a single time that my order was correct. employees in the window do not seem to care at all. this morning I saw how the employee at the window gave my job to the car in front of me, the customer opened it, noticed that it was wrong and there was it and the drink back to the employee. When I came into the window, I asked if it was the same that the customer had just opened and gave him back to whom he said: no, it was all restored. it was actually a lie. when pulling out the bag, the packaging was rolled up below, untilcuit has a thumb print in it. was clearly disturbed. it use to be a really nice gal that worked the window, not sure where she went, but since she was gone, the customer service has completely done here. also the most popular service. this morning it came to me with 4 cars. a total of 21 minutes. from the input to the line, to mülldienst and eat in the window. I can honestly say again, I will go out of mine to visit another facility. Hopefully, this can come together after the first year. because it has drastically danced.
They do not fulfill breakfast mobile orders put in before 10:30. I then waited 45 minutes before they told me they couldn’t fulfill the order even though it was put in appropriately and on time. Exceptions can’t be made even when it was their mistake for some reason. I’m surprised to have had such a bad experience when they normally do so well to make it right. They didn’t even offer me anything off the lunch menu of the same amount. They claim to have refunded it so I guess I’ll find out in 2-3 business days.
For fast food, Chick-fil-A is impossible to beat. Always fresh, delicious, and fast (considering their huge lines).This and Cane's are the best places in Columbus for chicken, but here you get a lot more options that are better overall.Food: 5/5

Every time I come to this location the service is slow. I order a head all the time and still end up waiting 10 min or more for my order and then 100% of the time something is missing. A dressing, a straw, a fork, a side. Not even exaggerating, it’s every time! If I want to go back in or wait another 5 min to get someone’s attention to get the missing item they get it, but it’s really getting old. Just get it right and be respectful of people’s time.The attitude of workers have gone down too. What happened to the saying “ my pleasure?” I saw a girl tossing trays and plastic numbers like she could care less. Foods still tastes good, but service has gone down.
