Indifference. eating was terrible, I ordered fish and brokkoli for my inner order, which celebrated with my son and brokkoli was sponge. I have also placed an order by the app and should get $2 of the new thanksgiving truthahn sandwich, it didn't work so without discount and the filling was burned black on the floor. I was very disappointed?

This was a great experience, being seated by the kindest, most beautiful blonde hostess, Patience (granddaughter). We had a lovely meal, good service, and a great time there.

Today the place was alive with smiles and happy steps. Bob Evans has never let me down with consistent quality meals and this morning was no exception. Jackie with her lovely spirit and smile along with good meal put me in good mood to start the day.

One of the servers, Cindy, was berating another young server, Megan, loudly enough for the entire store to hear. the poor girl hadn't done anything wrong, and Cindy continued making underhanded comments and being downright aggressive to the girl during my entire visit. Cindy's outrageous actions and extreme lack of composure and professionalism are my sole reasons for this 1star review, and if I see that the situation has been resolved, my review will change, as all of the other employees have always been the epitome of what Bob Evans is meant to represent.

Had the worst Breakfast Burger ever. Totally bland. Not an ounce of flavor. It had eggs, hashbrowns, cheese, bacon but none of it had any flavor. I had to totally doctor it up at home adding some other flavors. Never again! No more Bob Evans for me. It was super expensive for such flavorless meal. I could've gotten a better tasting breakfast at any fastfood. I hope they improve but I'm not wasting my money any more with them.
