Bidrage med feedbackTook 2 or 3 hours to deliver my order and I didn't get it until after midnight (when they close). Had to call many times and was given inconsistent updates. First call i was told it was out for delivery. Second call i was told they were just putting it in the oven. Last call they said they cancelled it without telling me. Delivered to the wrong house too. Neighbors were up and gave me a call.Gave them a second chance and same thing happened. Only this time I got in a heated argument with the guy over the phone. Said I was calling every five minutes. I had the call logs. Called every 20 minutes. Took well over an hour after the estimated delivery time.Pizza is still good but just get Papa John's instead. Similar quality but they're always chill.It's been a while since I had them because of this but I feel like my previous review was quite outdated. This was most recent experience.
Excellent place! The facilities look great and very clean, first-class and efficient service, there is a varied menu, it is accessible next to the track, excellent parking.

My family and I have been ordering pizza from Marcos since we moved to Columbus three years ago. At that time the service was exceptional. At some point something happened and it changed, and a bunch of new faces appeared. When I ordered back then my pizza order was usually correct and delivered in a timely manner, but now its like a box of chocolates. You never know what you’re gonna get till you open the box, and it’s never delivered on time. I order my pizzas at 3:00 when I get home from work. With a delivery time around 6:00. It’s never been delivered within a half hour of that.
