The bartender that served us was terrible. Service was just not there

I absolutely love the ambiance! It’s a nice, romantic spot for drinks and dessert. This was my first visit, but I’ll def return.

Had no drinks listed on the menu, several people had asked, so was very strange. Drinks that we ordered were hardly a full portion size and were badly made as the cash continued to say: "This drink is not my favorite to make or drink" to gasse at the bar during the screwing of the first try to make together and quickly bring it back up

I went on 12/22. It was my birthday. I was excited to celebrate and have some insta-worthy desserts and bevvies. The menu said my drink came with whipped cream and gold flakes. This pic is my drink AS IT WAS SERVED. I was told we ran out of whipped cream at a dessert bar. We had to wait for the pasty chef to arrive (why are there reservations available at this time? the dessert was listed on menu as having chocolate drizzle. What I was served had melted ice cream and a (probably bottled Ghirardelli caramel drizzle. The server offered no remorse or concessions despite me voicing my disappointment in the presentation of my drink. For a reservation-only dessert bar, they seemed unprepared and apathetic.
