Bidrage med feedbackI don't want to have to use a fork to eat a cheesesteak! The bun was soggy and practically nonexistent. You really need to get your act together. I've been a customer for years and I'm disappointed.
I have been going here for 40 years, but Haven't been there in a year or so. Just not as good as it was
Never a problem; food always great! Really like the place.
The food is good, but at times the service is slow as ****, 35 minutes for 2 subs and a fry... we sat inside where there were only a few occupied...
My son and I visited Smith's Hotel today, February 17, 2016, and we both ordered the chop steak sub, which was absolutely fantastic. I also brought home a foot-long ham sub for later!
