Original Review: I had a disappointing experience at Rockaway with poor service and a lackluster burger. I waited 15 minutes for the waitress to take my order, despite the restaurant not being very busy. The famous pimento burger lacked flavor and had very little pimento cheese. I repeatedly asked for napkins and utensils, but they were not provided until everything was cold. Condiments were not even added to the burger; instead, packets were brought out separately. When I gave the waitress my credit card for payment, it took another 15 minutes for her to return it, even after reminding her. Overall, it was a frustrating dining experience.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this fantastic restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the rockaway pimento burger and the spicy fried cauliflower, both of which were amazing. The service was outstanding, with the bartender being very polite and attentive. I will certainly be coming back for more!

I enjoy the food at this restaurant. The menu isn't extensive, but everything I've tried has been delicious. We usually come for lunch as we have children. It would be great if they offered more kid-friendly options, even if they were presented as appetizers. During our recent visit, we found that they were a bit skimpy with the pimento cheese, which I like to use as a dip for my fries. It is clear that they are understaffed, but our server made sure we were taken care of promptly. I'm not a fan of the fact that everything is à la carte, but it ends up working out.

My first time visiting and loved the atmosphere. the bar tender was friendly and food delicious. we had a great time playing air hockey and pinball. The liquor library was also very cool.
