Pizza Hut - Columbia

Ordered during this quarantine Located right off 108 and there is plenty of parking. You can see it from the road but there isn't a sign or anything so be on the lookout If you sign up online you're able to get points with every purchase. My husband and I were able to get 8 bone-less wings and breadsticks for free! The food was good but a tad cold when it arrived. The breadsticks were also not cut fully but other than that no complaints.

They only getting one star because I had to give a star. This is worst pizza experience I have ever had. The manager didn't change his gloves the entire time we were in the store. The only reason we stayed was because we told them and someone else took our pizza out the oven. I wish we left out. The pizza was dry, and over cooked. This Pizza hut is a bad representation of Pizza hut. I didn't expect 5 star pizza but I remember a time when Pizza hut was a place you could go to and get a decent pizza. I will not be going to this Pizza hut ever again. No stars.

If I could give no stars I would. Where yo begin,... we arrived at 645 and were told to seat ourselves. Ten minutes later a lady from the kicthen got our drink order. 15 minutes later nobody came to get our order. 5 minutes later my husband went to the front and ordered our pizza and our kid pizza. There were 5 tables currently seated and only one was being waited on. The food came 1 hour after we arrived. No one ever came to check in us. The end of the meal came, I walked to the hostess stand and got our own to go box. The check never came and honestly we could have left without anyone noticing, however, I went up front to pay. The place is also covered in ants. I will never go back to this location

Pizza Hut in Columbia Maryland on route 108 This place is normally Kinda ok, but this just took the cake for me so I had to write a review. I ordered the five dollar medium specials... they allow one topping per pizza for five dollars as long is you order more than one pizza. I ordered three pizzas. I wanted 2 cheese pizza and 1 pizza with pepperoni and sausage. I only wanted them to take one of the toppings from one of the cheese pizza and add it to pepperoni pizza. They charged me for an additional topping when the toppings already come with the pizza. I spoke to the manager and he tried to tell me that I can't do that. Now I order from this Pizza Hut at least Three times a month and that has never been told to me nor does it make sense. If the toppings come on the pizza and I want to put one of the toppings on another pizza, we should be able to do that. I'll give a better star when They get it right!

I placed an online order which took a half an hour to receive, my order time was 15mins, the restaurant was empty! When receiving my order I was informed that the wait was for bread sticks however while I sat and waited no one said anything. To make matters worst the breadsticks were let's say well done. Bad customer service, bad food.
