Pizza Hut - Columbia

Waited 2 hours PAST delivery window for order. Over 2.5 hours later, the WRONG order arrived COLD.

No problem at the branch at all.. Ordered 8 pizzas along with a few drinks online. Arrived at the assigned time and the pies were hot, ready and waiting for us. The staff were smiling and friendly. Very satisfied

Got home realized a whole slice was missing. Went back up there “manager” only would give me a credit which is pointless because I’m not coming back. Refused to give me the GM information. The pizza was also cold even though I was there a few minutes after I placed it. Ridiculous.

Pizza was undercooked the manager was very rude on the phone. She also lied about the fryer being down, because she didn’t want me to add wings on my order. Do not eat at this location.

Visited the Findlay House to see my 78 yr old Mother. Ordered a meat lovers stuffed cheese pizza for lunch. The pizza was a little undercooked. I've ordered from them lots of times before, never had a problem.
