Bidrage med feedbackI didn't get a receipt with my order. The drink machine ice dispencer is filthy. When I mentioned how bad they said normally General Manager cleans the machine in the morning but they were busy. I am betting they have been busy for a few mornings. They don't have cups available, dispite the kiosk saying they are there. Out of cheese so can't gey French Onion soup. Added picture of black mold that was inside the ice chute. Disdurbing they dont clean.
The place was clean and quiet. The service sucked. The cups weren't at the drink station. I had to ask for them and the lady behind the counter didn't speak. The food was very bland. The size of the sandwich wasn't worth the price. I've added a picture of my hand on the side of my half sandwich that was almost $9. The sandwich was pretty good but very sweet.
I 've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. I work early morning and they open 30 minutes before i have to be to work. I figure hey! That 's perfect because they 're less than 10 minutes from my work. Many times, I 've pulled into the drive through 2 or 3 minutes after they 've opened and waited 5+ minutes just for someone to finally get on the speaker (I 'm the first car in line). Then after ordering a breakfast sandwich and soda, it took nearly 15 minutes just to get that. (One time they had me pull forward and it took them over 20 minutes. I had to call in and ask where my food was. It was cold, and they 'd just forgotten to bring it out. The guy even said 'you haven 't been waiting long have you? ' Like what? ' This will be my last time coming here. Today it took 7 minutes for someone to even acknowledge that I was in the drive through (first car at 6:03) and so far has taken over 10 minutes to get a bagel Sandwich and a drink. Slow service with nom-apologetic staff.
Looks like new building but need care and cleaning! Bathrooms has no paper towel drinks are empty, they forgot to give me the pastry I ordered. I believe there are enough of negative reviews on this location for them to take action and improve.
The drive-thru wait is entirely too long even when there aren’t cars in the queue. On two separate occasions in a row they’ve messed up my simple sausage, egg and cheese breakfast bagel order. The first time, provided me with a chicken sandwich on ciabatta, the second time, my sandwich was room temp by the time I received it in the drive-thru and my egg was over cooked (not runny at all, solid yolk). When going in to request a replacement, the cashier wasn’t apologetic at all and was somewhat rude when ringing in my replacement.Update: got my replacement. Still no runny egg. First sandwich to the left, the “replacement” to the right.
