Half fried half grilled shrimp dinner was very tasty. The blackberry martini was amazing

NICK was an outstanding server! Took time to make connections with us while being attentive and serving his other tables! Food was 10/10 !!!!

The steak was not good. So, let me tell you why I gave them 5 stars. The place was packed! People waiting outside to get in on a one hour wait list. Our seating area had one server, Collin. He was serving 11 tables packed with people by himself. He was hustling. We got our food in a timely manner, yet the steak was a flat, dry thin chewy piece of meat. I asked for medium and got a cut of tire. Seeing they were busy I carried on. I finally gave up. Collin asked me if everything was good. I kindly said everything was almost perfect except…. He apologized after seeing the cut and immediately got their manager. I didn’t ask for him. He was running crazy as well. The manager immediately agreed it was not their best and offered an adjustment. Being so short handed and slammed, he brought me the bill and removed my steak all together. I did not expect that at all. I walked over to that manager and thanked him knowing they were hustling, and because the service at a time like that was so good, I would be back. I also told him Collin was doing a fabulous job and how he was handling that crowd alone was beyond me. He explained some staff were coming in together and were in an accident and it was a tough night with very little staff and he appreciated OUR kindness. They made it right. I have been to so many places lately with horrible food and service with no excuse. Not one recognized their shortcomings. I appreciated their hard work to push through. I will be back because I know they usually do better. I will ask for Collin!

My family decided to have some Outback and we are so glad we did! Our visit started out a little unsavory due to the unprofessionalism of the hostess at the time. However, it was our server Kim that turned our frown into a smile! Kim was on it!! She was professional, sweet, and on point! Our food was amazing! Mike the manager is also professional as well. We will dine here again only if Kim is serving.

I had the pleasure of being served by Evelyn last night and I have to say, she was an absolute gem! From the moment she greeted us with her warm smile, she made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. Throughout the evening, Evelyn was attentive and checked on us just enough to make sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. She even took the time to give us some great recommendations on what to order and everything we tried was delicious! What really stood out to me though was how genuinely friendly and personable Evelyn was. She chatted with us about our day and made us feel like she truly cared about our experience at the restaurant. Her positive attitude and warm personality truly made our evening all the more enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend asking for Evelyn if you're dining at this restaurant. Her exceptional service and lovely personality truly made our meal one to remember.
