Mcdonald's - Columbia

This is one of my favorite McDonald's, the people are friendly and the service is usually very good.

The food was good, and everything looked appealing and appetizing. There were no long lines or issues with the order. Service was quick, just as it should be.

The service was excellent. The owner really needs to consider upgrading the store. The building could use a good power wash, and the small details on the exterior need attention. Senior management should take action. You have a fantastic location—take care of it! It's important for the staff to feel good about coming to work, and a well-maintained environment contributes to that. The lack of proper maintenance reflects poorly on the company and its internal operations. Kudos to the amazing team for showing up every day. My food was hot, and my order was correct. The apple slices are essential for making kids' meals balanced, so it’s important to keep that item in stock. Thank you for staying open during these challenging times.

This restaurant is definitely worth a visit. They serve generous portions at reasonable prices. The place is always clean and has a great atmosphere. I will definitely be returning.
