Jimmy John's - Columbia

Not sure what the bad reviews at this location are all about! I stopped in while on a road trip from KC to STL for a sandwich on the go. It was a relatively quick stop and my order was correct. With a fast casual joint like this I'm not looking for a michelin star experience, just accuracy and a quick meal. This certainly fit that bill.

Jimmy John's is always consistent and good. Most of the time they have my sub ready before my credit card even clears. Freaky fast is definitely still an accurate slogan. Will always keep coming back.

I ordered a beach club. Beach club specifically comes with turkey as the main ingredient. These people literally forgot to put turkey on the sandwich. Talk to the manager and he said that they get busy and these things happen. You work at a sandwich shop and forget to put meat on the sandwich you should probably quit your job.Also the manager was not apologetic at all. Sounded like a complete a-hole. Literally didn't even offer an apology! Completely their fault and everyone I talked to about it was extremely rude. I work in sales and customer service and absolutely would apologize as much as I could for my mistake if I were them. But their manager honestly doesn't deserve his position.I work near this place but I'm just going to get delivery from a different Jimmy John's from now on. The least I can do for this place is never give them my money again.Now I have to go back to get my sandwich remade without any compensation for my time or inconvenience.If I could give a negative star I would. I swear on my life I will never give this place my money again for how they responded to a situation that was absolutely their fault.

The app sucks but this store freaking ROCKS! The staff and management bent over backwards to help us out with a problem on the app. We’re supposed to get some benefits but they weren’t showing up. It was very frustrating! But these guys and without the park made us some freaky fast sandwiches and treat us like kings. Good times.

Just tried to order through the app and was told that they don't deliver. Called the store and was told the same. We live less than 5 minutes away and they've always delivered before. Ordered Pickleman's instead. Their store is downtown, much farther away. Delivery was quick, sandwiches were awesome!
